1、结构特点
　　采用优质型材拼焊成高强度骨架，外覆数控机床加工后的优质冷轧板，整个驾驶室外形挺括平整。在骨架内部衬上防火、隔热、隔音材料后进行内部装饰，四周装饰用中密度板及铝塑板装饰或用薄钢板铆接成形。窗户通常采用5mm厚钢化或夹层等安全型玻璃、其透光度不低于80%，玻璃通过橡胶嵌条固定，移窗为铝合金或塑钢型材制成窗框后，通过橡胶嵌条固定，前部挡风玻璃处有安全防护拦杆。门为带保温钢质移门或开式结构门，门上方带有玻璃固定窗，中部配有内外带执手的司机室专用门锁，四周采用密封胶条双层密封。室内地板采用可拆卸的4mm厚钢板，并在上部铺设防滑绝缘绿化橡塑地毯。控制导线可在地板下的导线架上捆扎，电缆出线口进行电缆防磨损处理。如果室外带平台，平台上的地板为花纹、热镀锌格栅板。司机室油漆采用环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆、聚胺脂面漆，漆膜总厚度不低于210um。室内通常配有带防护罩的日光灯，灯开关及一只备用电源插座，前挡风玻璃处装有雨刮器及喷水装置。
