河南省启源重型机械设备有限公司旗下河南起重机械中抓斗起重机操作规程：
1.1、操作的基本要求：稳、准、快、安全及合理。
1.2、熟悉起重机的主要参数、用途、装备、操作方法及保养要求。
1.3、严格遵守《天车司机工》中天车的基本操作和安全技术及维护要求。
1.4、起重机在每次开动前，必须发出开车警告信号。
1.5、司机必须与挂钩工紧密配合，步调一致。移动和起升重物，只应听从挂钩工所发出的信号，但“停车”信号不论谁发出的，均应立即停车。
1.6、控制器应逐级开动，在机构完全停止运转前，禁止将控制器从正转直接打到反转进行反接制动。如遇紧急情况，控制器可打在反向一档用来制动。
1.7、熟练使用灭火器。
2、使用起重机须知
2.1、应由起重机操作人员来操作起重机。
2.2、起重机工作的时候，禁止任何人停留在起重机上。
2.3、起重机带重物运行时，至少要高于重物运行线上的最高阻碍物0.5米。
2.4、禁止直接从起重机上抛下物品。
2.5、严禁将易燃物品放在起重机上。工具及备品必须放在专门的箱子内，禁止随便放在大车或小车上，以免落下。
2.6、严禁吊运重物在人头上越过。
2.7、在运行中，发现起重机有异常现象必须立即停车检查，排除故障后再工作。
2.8、起重机的起升制动器突然失效时，司机要沉着冷静，根据具体情况采取适当措施。如果周围环境不允许将被吊物直接落下，可以反复起吊，并开动大小车选择好地点把被吊物落下，不要任其自由坠落。
2.9、起升抓斗时，应使起升绳与开闭绳速度相等，以使钢丝绳受力均匀。
2.10、不允许用抓斗抓取整块的物件。
2.11、每班工作前检查抓斗悬挂处绳索的紧固情况，抓斗开闭绳的导轮状况。
3、司机工作结束职责
3.1、抓斗起重机工作完毕后，将抓斗放落地面，不得悬空吊挂。
3.2、停止保护箱内的总电源开关。
3.3、对各机构进行检查，并按规定润滑。
3.4、起重机在运行及检查中所发现的问题及处理情况应全部记入交接手册。同时向接班司机交班后方可离开起重机。
4.1、送电前，检查各控制器应停在零位，各开关位置正确。控制柜上各机构断路器闭合，栏杆门关好。
4.2、按送电按钮，电源送电，观察各电气元件是否有异常现象，确定无误后方可操作各机构。
4.3、起升机构及大小车控制采用控制器控制，操作要求与普通天车相同。
4.4、对于起升机构的制动器要每班检查，运行机构的制动器2-3天检查一次，发现问题要及时调整维修。
5、抓斗的操作
5.1、抓斗张开操作：把起升与开闭同时下降到适当位置，停止起升下降，开闭继续下降，抓斗逐渐张开，完成张开动作。
5.2、抓斗闭合操作：开闭卷筒作起升操作，抓斗上部滑轮组不动，下部滑轮组作向上移动，到抓斗抓齿相互交叉相碰，抓斗的闭合动作完成。在闭合过程中，起升卷筒作适当的起升操作，使升降钢丝绳不下垂为限。
5.3、抓斗的上升、下降操作：抓斗无论是张开或闭合状态，均可作上升或下降操作。在操作时，升降与开闭卷筒必须同时进行。
